MASTERPIECE IN A DAY
This was my first time participating in Fountain Square's 2018 "Masterpiece in a Day" competition. This technique involves pushing around acrylic paint by using compressed air. Unpredictable, no plans, all reactionary, and all instinct.

In this video I share the process of working on an oil painting during my junior year at the Herron School of Art + Design. This painting is titled, "Dopamine"- 42" x 72". My largest oil painting to date.

The beginning of my "Intimacy" series
This painting was the first of many paintings in my "fabric" series. It was a breakthrough moment. I found a love and desire to paint fabric, and in that fabric I found meaning, which then lead me to create a body of work that explored intimacy and isolation.
