Generally speaking, I am someone who cares deeply. I am a feeler. My creative work is often introspective, therapeutic, and symbolic. Honestly, I treat it as a way to document the ongoing inner dialogue I have between myself and God. I feel like it's an essential part of how I process and express my faith journey, which like my art, continues to grow and mature. If themes such as intimacy, connection, addiction, and anxiety could present themselves as real people, then they would be the "secondary characters" that come and go within my story.

I am also someone who likes to explore, experiment, and categorize things. I enjoy repetition. I find myself navigating through deep shadows, patterns, and ocean-like textures that don't seem to make sense or truly exist. I’m looking for the light. I'm searching for the hope that gets missed or forgotten.

Painting is my primary medium and I use it as a tool to help me see God and reflect on the work He is doing in my heart. It's a way for me to slow down, analyze, and respond to the moments that leave me in awe, and it serves as an endless opportunity for me to exercise intuitive decision making.
